6. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive rights to the final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Retention of Rights: Sweet Life Media retains the right to use materials created for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

  3. Third-Party Content: You are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party materials provided to us for use in deliverables.
     

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of the services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:

  1. With written notice, subject to terms outlined in the specific service agreement.

  2. Immediately, in cases of breach of contract.

Upon termination, you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability: Sweet Life Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  2. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
     

10. Use of Website

  1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to unauthorized access, transmission of harmful material, or interference with website functionality.

  2. Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and code, is owned by Sweet Life Media and protected by copyright laws.
